Popped my old nails off with a nail tip, went in between me and a person getting a pedi without hand washing. Tools were dirty looking and I did not see them get cleaned and they made me pay for my own nail file. Also paid 11 dollars more than listed price for the service. Would not return.

My daughter and I went to Vogue on Woodstock today. It’s a lovely salon, very relaxing, and the staff were so pleasant and did a great job. I had a pedicure and simple manicure. I loved the stone massage! And the wax, too. My cuticles all look perfect, and I felt so well cared for. My daughter got a shellac manicure, which looked great. (She has been there before and had just had a pedi last week.)

I have gone to Vogue Nails on Woodstock a few times now and each time I have had a good experience, but not this time. The nail technicians are very nice, the salon is very clean and they do a great job on my fingernails. My visit this past Saturday was the first time I’ve had a bad experience so I’m hoping it’s just a one-time thing, but I did want to write something up because I know there are people like me that get pedicures mainly for the massage.

Terrible service. Despite having called ahead to reserve a time for a pedicure, I was kept waiting for 40 minutes before someone helped me. The foot scrub was over in less than 30 seconds and the massage was basically nonexistent. To top it off, the business only takes cash (which was not disclosed before the service).
