I have been going to this place for years, but I will not step foot in this establishment again. Very unprofessional. I walked in and didn’t receive a hi and it took them at least 10 minutes before asking what service I wanted. I asked if I could soak my feet until it was time for my service to start and I was told no. Mind you I was the only person waiting for a service. Another 10 minutes of waiting another woman comes in. Both Kevin and Kelly greet the women and holds a conversation. All I’m saying is professionalism goes a very long way. Only Once when I was getting up to leave I was told they were getting ready to start my water. Please do better. This isn’t the first time this has happened, but it sure will be the last!!!

I’ve only been to this location once but I have to admit I will be going back today as soon as they open I wish they opened earlier than 10:00 a.m. because I would be there now getting my manicure and pedicure beings that they do such a wonderful job and I want to stay that it’s Kevin that does such a wonderful job even though he’s there working by himself most of the time when I get there to either drop my daughter off or whatever because my daughter goes there on a regular like I said I’ve only been there once to get my stuff done but it’s been great I just wanted to note that

They made the visit feel at ease and comfortable. Offered us a drink and insured they would do the work and do it the way we wanted and if it was not manageable they spoke and suggested alternatives to keep it as close to what they could do or fit on the nails. We all were pleased. Price seems fair compared to other salons in the area. Came here for Christmas nails with my daughters (one has never had nails done). Maria and Kevin were great. They made the visit feel at ease and comfortable. Offered us a drink and insured they would do the work and do it the way we wanted and if it was not manageable they spoke and suggested alternatives to keep it as close to what they could do or fit on the nails. We all were pleased. Price seems fair compared to other salons in the area. We will be making another trip here in the future.

First of all, the salon is absolutely beautiful! The first salon I’ve ever been to with chandeliers, even the crown molding was beautiful, and made me feel like I was at some up-scale Hollywood salon. They immediately greeted me, asked what I wanted, told me the wait time (which was about 10 minutes) and offered me water or soda, and said anything I wanted they would get it for me. Sadly, they couldn’t get the pony I asked for And then there’s Kevin. He made me laugh so much with his jokes about himself (little rice boy ) and just talking to me in general. He made me feel comfortable and I usually feel awkward at nail salons for some reason. I had already chosen what I wanted my nails to look like, but once I told him that I was going to Atlanta for a Christmas party at a CEO’s mansion, he recommended something else and it was perfect for the occasion. I can’t wait to go back this week to get my nails filled in. I’m looking forward to goofing off with Kevin while he makes my nails beautiful.
