Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThe first time I went to Vita Nova Medical Spa was two years ago at their old location. I went for a Swedish massage and facial. Alana did an amazing job and left quite an impression on me. When I started researching different treatments that might be good for my skin and body they were the first and only one that came to mind and something told me to call them and schedule a consultation. I am so thankful that I did because I ended up meeting the absolutely, amazing owner Doris and her kind-hearted staff of professionals. They have very flexible hours that I can fit into my daily routine working full-time and being a single parent. From my first visit, I instantly felt comfortable and she gave me her complete attention and time to discuss the things that were most important to build my self-esteem. I chose to get treatments for micro needling on my face and the Verona laser on my abdomen. I look forward to going to each visit and in just a small amount of time; she has made me feel like family. With the micro needling treatment, I feel almost no pain and my skin is brighter than ever before. My scar is barely noticeable after just one treatment. With the Verona, I have already lost 5 lbs of fat and my confidence is already so much higher.The office is immaculate and very clean. They follow all the COVID rules including taking your temperature before you walk in and immediately having you wash your hands.Being a client here, you get so much more than just the treatment. Doris has years and years of experience. She educates me on nutrition, fitness, skincare, and how to maintain a healthy diet. I now read every label before I eat something and I have never had to stop my workout routine. She is so supportive and very much like a life coach to me. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have met such a caring woman and hardworking role model.I would recommend Vita Nova Medical Spa to everyone. I have gotten lots of Botox and had a difficulty finding someone that took their time to listen to my concerns and my goals. He surely took his time to make sure he customized what worked best for my face. I am so happy I found him and will indeed refer everyone I know to him.
