I had such high hopes when I first started going to see Wiola for my skincare 3 months ago. She seemed so attentive and sweet. I was no longer able to get this lightening cream that I had been using for years and wanted something to replace it (i.e., another dark spot lightener that would be close to what I was using). I brought my bottle of cream to Wiola and she noted the ingredients. She assured me that she would set me up on a regiment that would give me the same if not better results than what I was using. Over $600 and 6 new products later (see photos of the products she sold me) my face has never looked worse (see photos). She kept pushing more products every time I went to go see her even though I told her that I am not used to using so many things on my face. But she insisted and I trusted her.

I’ve been seeing Wiola now for about 5 years and cannot sing her praises enough! She is the best at what she does, from skin care to lashes, I have trusted her with both and she has never disappointed to me. Her salon is sparkling clean (super cute decorations too) and she always has a positive attitude. She is very accommodating and works with my schedule. People constantly ask me “where do you get your lashes done I love them!” And I am quick to tell them it’s her! If you’re unsure about whether or not to try her services, here’s your sign- book with her for a great experience!

Spa is beautiful with a very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere! Had an amazing experience getting a hydro facial with a chemical peel. Wiola was wonderful and explained everything she did. My facial was relaxing and really helped clear up the problem areas on my skin. She also recommended which products to add to my skincare routine and I am extremely happy with the GM Collins line. My skin has never felt or looked better ! Can’t wait to go back!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by 3 lovely ladies for my appointment for a facial and a massage. It was so relaxing. It was a very comfortable atmosphere. I had never had a massage or a facial before this. Sara was wonderful and very informative of all the diverse services for skin and body. After my massage I put a comfy white robe on and went into another room to receive my facial, which was amazing. I had a few skin tags under my eyes which she removed for me. She was very thorough and explained that I may be dehydrated and that will sometimes cause them, or too much sun. She used a massaging tool on my face and it felt wonderful. My skin felt so naturally soft and glowing. They have storefront parking which makes it easy. They are located right next to Thornes, Northampton MA Honestly, I cant wait to go back for my next service. Thank you so much to you Viola and you’re great staff. You feel a sense of Peace when getting services there. Please book your appointment with them, you will be so glad you did. Great to give others as gifts too.

My facial and massage at Viola Aesthetics and Day Spa were fantastic. Wioleta is great! Not only did she give me a facial especially designed for what my skin needed she checked in a few days later to see how my skin was. Sarah was my massage therapist, she worked on my areas of concern while maintaining a relaxing environment. I feel like great!

The spa is very clean and tidy. The minute you walk in you feel amazing, calm and are greeted with a huge smile. Their services are amazing and what is even better is that the girls keep up with continuing education and always follow new skin care trends etc. their facials are amazing and everyone working there has beautiful skin !! But the best part is that you are never forced to buy anything and the owner takes time to customize each session to your own skincare needs and recommends what you truly need versus what can be sold. It’s passion and quality for them versus quantity. I drive 1 hr and just love it there.

You have to come here for amazing services.. I’ve been getting lash extensions from Wiola for about 2yrs & can’t tell you how many compliments I get. Its not just a service, i trust her. I drive over an hour to come see her, totally worth it. She truly cares about the services she provides. I now also have a whole skin care line that she carries, many of my friends switched too & SO happy! The facials are amazing, they now offer IV infusions, B12 shots, and much more! You will be 100% happy, I promise. I can’t say enough good things about her and her company. One of a kind <3

A blissful escape. Elegant, clean, with the latest trends. I received my first professional facial from Viola and safe to say I’m hooked. She’s very professional yet completely personable too. Not only do you have a great time talking with her, she educates you the whole time (if you want to know) gives advice, sets up a skin routine, and you walk out glowing.
