we are fairly new to the area I took my son to get a haircut here on two different occasions. They have only ever had one person working. She does do a good job on the haircut. However, will not be returning again since they close hours early and you never know when they are going to be open. Beware, even though they say they close at 5 they may close at 330 or 4. This has happened twice to me.

Would have said zero stars if I could. Had an appointment. Got there and waited 10 minutes completely alone. Went to find someone in the nail room and was flatly informed it would be a while. Waited 10 more minutes and left. Very poor customer service.

Always closed when I go there even though on the door its says open until 5. I was just there on a Wednesday at 11 and they were open I had a few errands to run so I came back at 2 and closed. I have tried to go there 4 times during what they claim to be business hours on the door and every time they are closed. I have called and their voicemail confirms the hours but surprise surprise there is no one to answer the phone, I have left messages asking to schedule an appointment and no one ever returns my calls. There is no message on the door to explain why there is no one there but whatever, I’m just curious how they stay in business when they close at random and turn customers away. I was going in ready to spend $200 on my hair and nails but I guess I’ll be driving to La Junta to spend my money.

If I could rate this place any lower, I would. The only person that was polite at this salon was a taller young lady. But I was directed to a shorter gal, more on the thicker side, and maybe was mexican or some kind of hispanic. I never got a welcome from her I only got a rude glare. She looked at me to sit in a chair in front of her. Then, she began to brush my hair with the SAME brush she just used on the first client. She did not clean off the brush and she was ripping my hair out. She was not brushing my hair like a normal person. She rudely took off my glasses. She did NOT ask if she can take them off, she just ripped them off my face. She then started to spray my hair without care. She spreyed me in my eye. I got up and told her “I’m sorry I can not do this”. I was not going to trust someone with such bad manners with my hair. As I left she was laughing under her breath and said “that was weird”. She did not even ask what she was doing wrong. She is a terrible employe, if I was her boss, I’d fire her. If anyome goes here, request someone else than her. You will know right away who I am talking about. She is the rudest person I have ever met in a salon.
