Horrible, dirty environment. Hair stylists don’t understand anything you’re saying and they are extra rude. Booked an appointment at 10am and they started at 2pm. Someone who walked in after me got their hair done before me. Fight almost broke out on multiple occasions. They did my hair wrong. They tried overcharging and only accept cash. Would never recommend to anyone. I literally had to go to another hair salon to fix the disaster they caused to my hair. If I could give a lower rating, I would.

I would not recommend anyone to come here. They will tell you one price over the phone, upon arrival they will give you a different price. There is one lady in there who do not wear deodorant and she makes the place smell bad. Please go somewhere else, it is very small in there and a fire hazard. They only accept cash (wonder why). I would not come back, they are the worse in my own opinion.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityLast time I went in this place, I made an appointment for my daughter. Before making the appointment, I asked for a price on a particular hair style and the young lady told me a set price. The young lady who was suppose to do my daughter hair this time wasn’t there. When I walked in for the appointment, the lady was rude and said she’s sorry and it can’t be done today and of course I was upset and verbally expressed that. I left this establishment and went to another place. While I’m waiting at another place to get my daughter hair done, who calls me..you guessed it…THIS PLACE!!!!! I not only drive back to this establishment but I was being considerate on how long the hairstyle would take. When my daughter hair was done, I asked how much and the lady says $180 and I said for what, that’s not what I was given when I made the appointment. I was told $160. I go back and forth with not one but BOTH ladies. If I would have known they were going to change the price, I would’ve stayed at the other place. On top of changing the price, THEY CALLED ME BACK!!!! AND TRY TO OVER CHARGE!!! I didn’t even tell them thank you because it was inconsiderate, unprofessional and untimely. Let’s not forget to mention the lady doing my daughter hair is shaking her head and speaking in her native tongue as if to say the price I WAS TOLD to pay is not good enough. UNPROFESSIONAL: I came to get two braids and they wanted me to wait 40 min so I asked if I can come back later and if they can call me I come back 5 min before the time they told me and I already see them working on someone else hair. Ver very unprofessional and then when I asked how long they told me I would have to wait 20 minutes which is unfair. I understand you are only about the money but if a customer says they are coming back at a certain time why take a new appointment. Very unprofessional and I will never visit this establishment again

Worst braids I ever had!! $180 wasted on so call mini box braids even after I complained half way through. The back was worse than the front. Came back 2 weeks later to show the mess that was done and how it look terrible in just 2 weeks. She offered me a discount for “next time” told her I will not be coming back and that she should be ashamed to be doing such terrible work to people in this neighborhood. People work to hard for their money to wast it like that. Don’t support this Buisness.

I called and made an appointment for twist and she said she could do them then I came in and she didn’t know how to do them and gave me box braids instead and then overcharged me for them. I decided to try them again and I called in for an appointment for knotless braids she said ok and to come at 9. She then started giving me regular box braids. I said I asked for knotless and she said she doesn’t do knotless and then called another lady who told me to wait 2 HOURS for her to come. I left. This place is amazing!! Great hairdressers who are patient and understanding. I went in to get kinky twists and was a whole $60 short and instead of turning me away they worked with me in order to do a style that accommodated my price point and wants. My braids were neat and not too tight. The place is very clean and welcoming! The prices are good and convenient. I will definitely be returning in the future!

First time going to this Salon and absolutely love how my twist were done. Great customer service! They took be last minute and finished my braids in 2 hours which was unbelievable. I think I found a new place to do my hair.

My experience was terrible. Not only did they not do the style I asked, they were constantly taking their masks down and doing my hair with oily hands afte eeating fried chicken. I could hear mice in the vents and the ladies acted like they couldnt. I wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible service!!!!!
