I first rated this place 4 stars because it is clean and I love the interior design, but every single time I’ve been there, they are rushing and/or seem angered and bothered that I am a paying customer they have on multiple occasions tried to say “I didn’t ask for that on the phone” like straight gaslighting me because they had a walk in, or for whatever reason. They used to at least keep their botheredness (if that’s a word ) to themselves, but last couple visits it was directed towards me which is weird because I always tip at least 10$ to each (whoever does the mani and whoever does the pedi). Also it is waaay overpriced. I paid 75$ for a gel x short square set which in my opinion is the simplest “set” , I didn’t need a removal of anything as my natural nails were short and bare. Also for 85$ (including tip) I’d expect a hand massage that lasts more than 5 seconds *LITERALLY* I guess they chose one of the more expensive pedicures for me but I didn’t get the hot towel wrap, and the “massage” was 10 seconds per foot. Very disappointing. Didnt even get to soak my feet , they let about an ounce of cold water to sit at the bottom of the bowl upon my request to soak my feet in warm water, nevermind asking for essential oils or whatever else they normally put in the water. They don’t even acknowledge when you walk in. Idk why you’d have an attitude with the ppl who keep your business running now I have to find a new place again

very nice people, they were accommodating and offered me coffee. the only thing is that because they were rushing (due to them scheduling me too close to their closing time without me knowing it) they left one of my acrylic nails chipped and the gel polish on one of them was warped like it was touched before drying. the friendliness of them would make me come back though. I also went on mothers day and they gave me a rose

Selena did a beautiful job on my gel manicure! I really love this place, it has an excellent color selection, everything is clean, and the ladies are very nice! Always book an appointment in advance. I know they will try to take walk-ins but booking allows the artists to spend the proper amount of time with each client. This place really is a gem and has reasonable prices for top notch service!

I did not have a good experience at this nail salon. The nail tech took my nail polish off a few times and re did it and then did it again. As a result my nails were clumpy or not all the way painted. Instead they told me its because I did not get a manicure and they could not paint over my skin – some nails were literally painted over my skin. I was also told the color “red” was hard to work with. I’ve got nice red nails many times in the past. I was very nice about it and requested for them to take it off as I was not happy with the service and they did nothing. Will not be going back.

Anahit did an amazing job on my daughter’s acrylics and on my manicure. Selena did my pedi and was great, too. She’s been there since the salon opened. The receptionist was very sweet and accommodating. I got a nice mimosa while I was waiting, too.

I had a wonderful experience at Vibe. They fit me in as a walk-in immediately, provided a glass of water, and the staff were very kind. Lilit, did a fantastic job on my nails and was extremely friendly. I truly felt pampered. I’ll definitely be back!

Lilit was very friendly, I normally don’t get that kindness from other nail salons. Cute salon decor also. My pedicure nail tech was so detailed with making sure the white nail polish was perfect! I appreciated that. I also didn’t mind the mimosas!
