The nails here were great but that is all. A woman that works here approached me and let me know of the services she offered. She was very friendly, so I came back on my birthday so that she could do my lashes. Long story short, it was a NIGHTMARE. I walked out crying and in disbelief because she cut off some of my natural lashes…. She didn’t set the under eye tape properly, she ripped my eyes open making it pull off my lashes. Let’s not forget the ones she purposely cut off. I will never go here again. Terrible experience! In the photo you can clearly see that I am missing my bottom lashes at the corner. I just found my new favorite nail salon! I visited from Austin and wanted a pedicure. I googled what’s in the area and this place had the best review and rightfully so! I was told this place was under new management and they are doing a great job! Once you walk in, it looks trendy and most importantly clean. Not only that but I later found out they talking to Andy, my nail technician that they can offer private parties which allows me to reserve this place for 3hrs all to myself. I’m thinking of doing a girls’ weekend, or birthday party celebration or even a bachelorette party would be nice here. I got the PEARL PEDICURE and it was well worth it! I was pampered for over an hour with feet massage, wraps, lotion, callus removing… I wish I didn’t end. This will be the one placeI will make sure to visit each time I’m in Houston. Highly recommend Andy who is such a talented person!

I love this place omg I will fly down to tx just to get nails done here. I am from California and when I tell you you can not go get anything better you can’t flawless takes her time very sweet.
