I was a loyal customer to this salon for many years even through the management changes and staff changes. After my last pedicure, I decided I wasn’t going back. After being cut and then burned on 4 toes…yes, 4, I said enough! I even returned to let the Manager see what had happened two days after when the redness and scabbing were at its worst. I told her I would never come back. I do not recommend.

I have been going here for 2 years and absolutely love it. Everyone is great, I usually see my girl Lina if she’s available. Reasonable/competitive prices and my nails usually last a while. Recently tried the power dip for a Vegas trip, and I’m obsessed! Love Venice nails !

My 6 year old daughter received a gift certificate for Christmas 2021 from one of her friends. We have tried at least twice to use the gift certificate and conveniently they have “forgotten” to apply it to our total. Both times the technician said we could use it with our next service. We went to use it today and were told it was expired after 6 months. NO WHERE on the certificate does it say an expiration date. The lady REFUSED to use it. When I handed her the certificate and told her we were leaving, she tore it up. Needless to say my daughter cried and they essentially stole $20 from a 6 year old!

This just to be a good place, not sure if they changed owners, but the males who work there do a terrible job. I got big cuts on 3 of my fingers, plus the job took over an hour when they said it’d be about 30 min, and I asked for gel and he ended up doing dip powder ?! Not satisfied with the work nor service at all, now I know why it isn’t packed anymore 🙁 very disappointing

Ok this happened to my right now i been going to venice nails for almost 5 years since old management i had a pedicure done on friday i had 3 ingrowns which she left two inside and the pain was terrible couldnt even walk with nails inside my skin hurting bad still i got charged 60 dolars for service give her 10 on tip worst pedi ever she left allll the skin around my toes so i went till today because couldn’t went before because work, so tried to explain but they didn’t understand me , they were mad and talking bad and laughing at me the whole time so had to seat and let her removed it,long story short she made my toe bleed for approx 10 min and finally got nail out making my toe really in pain so to the other toe was the same nail inside my skin she got nail out after making it bleed and trying to get nail out worst pain ever, worst experience ever, the manager or owner wasnt there so couldnt explain the way i wanted-so they were mad like really mad at me the 15 min i was there! very disappointed and very sad that people will treat other people like that thats all!

I had a last min trip and was unable to get in to my regular nail saloon… Called this place and they took me in right away…..however… My nails were a disaster within a week after my appt.

First time I came here they burned my hands really bad from the UV nail lamp and when I tried pulling my hand out the lady shoved it back in. I got sunburned on my hands from my wrists to the tip of my fingers, my hands hurt for a long time and my hands were peeling. The second time I asked for a design and the lady said she could do it but spent hours doing it and it didn’t look good but I appreciated the effort. The third time I went the man kept pulling my hands and throwing them and when my nail polish got messed up from touching the table he started getting really angry blaming me and making a big scene. I gave this place 3 chances and I’m very disappointed Never coming back

Advice call in before you head over the waitlist can vary but calling in gets you a time slot, the pedicures are the best the charcoal or the coconut the warm herbal neck wrap it’s relaxing “win” was great his leg massage!! Was very nice no hidden fees also !!
