I do not usually take time to write reviews but after my experience here, I felt it was necessary. I have been here multiple times and I swear my time there is worse each visit. This recent visit was by far the worst one yet and I will never go back. Once I walked in, they asked me what I was looking to get done. I wanted something simple because I work in a hospital and my options are limited when it comes to what I get do with my nails. When asked what I wanted, I told the nail tech, Lee, that I did not want gel on my hands. Instead of respecting my decision, she was extremely persistent and trying to change my mind. She kept asking me if I wanted gel, knowing I told her that I did not want it. Then she would give me dirty looks each time I said no. While I was getting my pedicure, I noticed all the nail techs including the one working with me making fun of another customer. The other customer noticed and it was very obvious how upset and uncomfortable she. I also felt that they did not properly discuss the prices with me and I was overcharged. I only got a basic manicure and gel french tip pedicure and the total came to $93. I have never paid that much for so little. The customer service there is awful. They need to do better and I will never go back there.

Long story short I wanted regular polish but they charged my boyfriend for gel after I already expressed that so I had to get it or wait days for him to get a refund and the gel polish that they forced me to get didn’t match either color polish on my toes and they never even applied the clear coat to my boyfriend’s toes. I was highly disappointed I left looking like I needed a fill-in I haven’t even had these a full week and he paid almost $200 for 2 pedis and a full set. NEVER AGAIN!

Never thought I would have to give a bad review.. I’m very unsatisfied with my nails. I just got them done at 1:30 this afternoon! The gel polish is already chipped and there are little bubbles in the polish.

They were very overpriced and my nails are messed up. Lines were uneven on my design and the acrylic was applied poorly. I would make sure to ask prices before you let them do anything. Also the colors do not match what they show you. Six of us went and only the person who got white got the right color the rest of ours the colors were not what we wanted. Some of the workers were also rude overall it was not a good experience especially for what we all paid.
