I went here for the first time to see if I can find a decent place to get a proper pedicure with a thin layer of acrylic on my toes. I got a gel manicure by a girl, she was fine. But there was a man who did the acrylic on my toes and my pedicure. My toes looked better when I walked in, the acrylic was horrible he did, it didn’t go on the whole nail it’s not on the sides, there is acrylic under my toe nails and it wasn’t filed properly so they look wavy. None of my toes are filed straight, he for sure needs glasses because I told him they were not straight and he filed one toe nail and only made it more slanted. I gave up and just let him finish so I could go get them done elsewhere. Also some the toes are rough because he didn’t wipe the gel after that he put on top. They look like a 4 year old painted my toes. The polish job he did was horrendous. Never going back and it was filthy inside.

My favorite salon. They know me by name now. They are clean and their pedicures are spa. There’s a lady that walks around asking if you want a massage. They have different packages you can get. They have a ton of gel colors as well as normal polish colors. I get my hands done in gel and normal polish on my toes and they match the colors perfectly. They raised their prices but for what I get it’s about $55.00

I was refused acrylics when I politely asked for them to get something called gel x. After I paid I realized it was 20$ more expensive and the nails fell off the next two days! The person who did my nails was very unprofessional and stopped their time to talk on the phone. While applying the nails I flinched in pain as my hand was burning and she chastised me for it. Last, when I gave a tip

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went once before nail shops were open again. Pedicure was terrible it smudged by the time I got home. I had to go to another nail shop to find out my gel pedicure wasn’t gel after all. They used regular polish and charged me for gel. The lady who attempted to do my gel extensions had never done the service before. I told her it was okay we can do acrylic instead but she said she knew what she was doing. She did not! Customer service is deplorable. There are much better places to go to in the valley who actually care about customer service.Service: PedicureI went once before nail shops were open again. So rude! I walked in cause my normal place was busy. It’s ok if I have to wait. That’s expected. It’s not ok to snap at me cause I did not have colors yet (first time there.) it’s also not ok to snap at me cause I asked how much longer. Felt very unwelcome and disrespected. Walked out.

Critical: ProfessionalismThree strikes you’re out. I was a customer for over 9 years. Witnessed bullying of former receptionist, yes in front of customers. Also, booked appointments mean nothing, they will lose your appt info—as in day you didn’t have an appt—making you wait as if you just was asked in off the street.I also had them book an appt for 9am only to find out they don’t open until 9:30. They said I heard it wrong and blamed me for the mishap, but I repeated the time and my husband heard me say 9am.Hit or miss on quality of manicure and pedicure.Pricey for lack of service.Service: ManicureThree strikes you’re out. My most-trusted pedicure artist, Vicky, is such a sweet soul that it’s a welcome and much-anticipated treat every time I go for a pedi! She takes her time and my rough heels have never looked better, lol, so worth the once-a-month visit. I get more than the basic pedicure, and it’s worth it to get the relaxing extras like a yummy-smelling scrub, followed by a leg massage and the callus removal on my heels when needed. Also she does this amazingly decadent hot stone massage on one’s lower legs and feet.

First time customer..walked in 2 weeks ago on a Sunday, they took me right away for Mani+French Acryllic/Pedi & I ended up getting a ‘Mini 🙂 Massage’ while the ladies worked on my hands and feet. Honestly, my experience was amazing! Everyone was quite pleasant, the man working the desk was polite and helpful and all the technicians were really nice and did 5+Star work…Very professional, very meticulous, zero pain & my nails stood the test of time! Minimal wear and tear–kept a high gloss finish for over 2 weeks{and I even worked in my garden! my hands were grass & dirt-stained–but} my NAILS wore like IRON & looked PERFECT! The grow out line was subtle and well blended with my natural nail bed, so it looked nice, not ‘ridgey” Thank you to Le!–and the whole staff! Well done!

Visit 1- Dec 2017. Got the gel mani ($35). Vicky the manicurist was very nice and took a few minutes to help me find a shiny olive army green color. There’s a row of tables along the left wall so one’s not too close to others. It feels like a spa inside.
