This is my second time at this establishment. The first time I had Jenni do my nails. Super personable, very friendly and had a positive energy about her. She did my acrylic nails so well that they lasted about three weeks with no chipping or breaking and I received so many compliments on the set. Today I went in for a fill and gave the technician pictures of the designs of what I wanted. I asked if the designs were possible and she assured me it was. As the nail art was being done, I saw the designs and was not happy. However, I have a lot of anxiety with speaking up and just paid for the service with tip. After sitting my the car for about an hour talking myself through going back and getting it all removed, I did and scheduled to come back later. I picked one color and chrome dusting to put over it. The previous designs were filed off, no base coat was put under the new nail polish, and I was not told before leaving that I would actually be charged for the Chrome. Needless to say I will not be returning here after having spent $100 on my nails just to leave with just one color and a fill.
