The lady, who I am assuming is the owner, answered the phone and I asked if she had any availability today. She said she could see me at 3:00pm today. I asked her ONE question about price just to make sure that I would be comfortable visiting. She went off. She started telling me that she is over booking, that it takes 3 months to get an appointment, and that she cannot accommodate me today. AFTER telling me she could see me at 3… She was upset that she did not have a receptionists. She followed up with telling me that she only answered my phone call because I called twice. She went on about being so busy she is answering the phone and holding a blow dryer on the other hand… okay? What an absolutely rude person. She completely turned me off from visiting here and I am reading that other people have had similar experiences. I hope she stops being so busy so she can take some time to learn some common courtesy.

This was my first time here. I came in for a haircut and I am amazed by the results! Reina provided the services for me. Not only is she courteous but she is very attentive and pays attention to your needs and what you expect of the end result. She takes her time detailing every inch of your hair and does an amazing job overall! She is so sweet too! Salon is very clean and well maintained so that is an extra plus! Thank you for my beautiful haircut I look forward to making this my go to hair salon!

What the hell. Called to ask about $. The lady said $65 to start. For a straight cut. What? She admitted to double booking her stylist. So that seemed bad. Also, required a $35 deposit. Yeah. No thanks. The reason we keep paying these outrageous prices is because people keep doing so. This service needs to be more reasonable.
