Came here based on the reviews and was very disappointed. I got a full set and she claimed she was doing extra work for me when there were globs of glue left under my nails, and green color left all over my skin when I have graduation pictures the same day. She also made me and my friends bleed and the nails are uneven. Worst nail experience I’ve ever had will not be coming back

We are from out of state and this location was recommended to us. My nail tech was amazing. My daughter and I got the Hawaiian Delight pedicure, my mother in law got the Lavender pedicure and my husband got the cucumber pedicure. I would highly recommend this location. All the staff was nice, location was clean and overall experience was very positive!

Pretty upset right now. I had looked forward to get another great experience at Valencia Nail but this time was totally different and unfortunately it could not have been worse timing. I’m going to a wedding and my nails and feet look terrible. First of all I was told that the dip and the gel nail color would match & clearly do not. My toenails were also cut so short my toes look like stubs and some of the toe cuts are even crooked. I was told the dip would be stronger and look the same and not be thick. It is thick and uneven and looks like I had plain acrylic placed over the top of my nail. I could not be more embarrassed.

Loved it great spa. Enjoyed the refreshments. Wanted a clear coat came out with red. Lol very convincing. My husband sat right next to me and got his feet done. It’s very important we keep up with our feet. Ruby did a great job !

Initial impression was good. Everyone was very nice the inside is very nice as well. I did feel rushed when they did my manicure while I got my pedicure and it was not the most comfortable. My gel manicure the next day peeled right off without any damage to my nail itself, which has NEVER happened to me. The amount I paid for my nails to look nice for about 2 days to me is unacceptable. I will not return again. I really wanted to like this place.
