I love V Wax studio endlessly- Tatiana is so so good and literally does the quickest best and most painless wax I’ve ever had. I also went to Asia once and she was also super awesome and amazing, you seriously can’t go wrong. Such a great vibe there and everyone is so nice and welcoming, they really make you feel comfortable. I just found out I’m moving across the country and the first thing I thought was.. omg but I’ll miss V Wax !!! Don’t sleep on this spot !!

Great experience with Tatiana and this studio. My initial appointment was accidentally not recorded, so Tatiana took me the next day and stayed late to help me. Not only was the service itself fantastic, but it was done complimentarily because of the error. That was wonderful customer service and I booked my next appointment right away. 10/10 highly recommend. And Stella the dog was great company!! Excellent place

I use to love going here and the services are good, but not anything you couldn’t find elsewhere. The reason for the 2 stars is the pricing. When I first started at their old location, a Brazilian & under arms was $65. Then it jumped to $90. Now both services are $105 & heaven forbid you want anything else (vajacial, eyebrows, etc.) and/or want to leave a tip. I started going to Arlington Threading & Waxing where I can get both services for $55. I know inflation is kicking everyone’s tail right now but some things are just completely unreasonable – this is one. And after reading some of the “owners” comments in the below reviews, it makes me comfortable that I took my business elsewhere. Very unprofessional, sarcastic & condescending.

I found this hidden gem that sugar waxes and was sooooo STOCKED! I was introduced to sugar waxing a few years ago while in Chicago and its the best alternative wax for ultra sensitive skin, like mine. I use sugaring only for all my wax needs- underarms, and other parts of my body.

I am sad to leave this review and it has nothing to do with their employees or quality of their services but rather their cancellation policy. I had to cancel a few hours before my appointment due to COVID. I was more than happy to still tip my provider or even pay a portion of my service, as well as reschedule, but I could not risk getting anyone at the studio sick. I called and explained and was told that while v wax studio hates to do this, I would have to pay in full for service I did not receive. I was also told that they are a small business and they need this policy in place in order to keep themselves afloat. I can completely appreciate that, but respectfully, I really don’t think it is fair to place that burden on the customer. My not coming in was out of respect for the health and safety of the people who work there and yet I am bearing the cost of being a responsible and honest customer. I don’t think that is right. I think they should consider amending their cancellation policy accordingly and perhaps offering some exceptions. It does not make me eager to return to this business.
