I am extremely disappointed with the costumer service here. I walked into the place without an appointment since the outside states walk-ins are welcomed. I asked the worker if there is spot available for the day and he replied at 2pm. I tell him that I will return at 2pm . About 45 minutes of waiting in my car I go back in and the worker tells me that he no longer has an available slot because I did not confirm. Such poor customer service and a waste of time. I d not recommend if you have something last minute and are looking for a place that does not take appointments.

Terrible costumer service. I had got a French tip acrylic set, they cut me twice, and did not even clean up the clumpy acrylic underneath the nail and on the sides. Such a disappointment.
