I wanted to leave a good review! I really did. I even asked for the guys name on my way out and left a generous tip. But then… i got to my car and really examined my nails and was disappointed, he wasn’t able to deliver the marble i asked him for. So i just didnt leave a review. But.. now exactly 10 days later my nails have started to lift! And one of my gel toenail polish gell off :/ so I’m back to leave my review. He might of been riding but it was a waste of my money

Make sure you make an appointment if you want acrylic nails because they won’t take a walk in before 4pm because they close at 6pm the man that works there has a very snobby attitude and the older lady was ruff with my grandmother when she was doing her gel nails. The place gave me a big headache because of the smells and other nails salons didn’t have such a strong smell…………NEVER AGAIN

This place is horrible!!!! Waited a while which is fine, I wasn’t in a rush anyway. Got stuck with the balding, older gentleman who worked on my fill. It took nearly 3 hours for me to leave this place!!! Older guy screwed up the fill first time around which lead to flimsy and breakable nails. He tried to fix it by adding thicker acrylic which didn’t work because the problem nail still cracked mid nail a couple of days later. Upon finishing up I requested a simple palm tree design. I was denied the trees just because the old guy couldn’t draw them. There were plenty of female techs almost done with their clients that could’ve done them. Luckily, since I pushed the idea of what I wanted, one of finished female techs drew them for me. Horrible quality of nails and poor customer service until I pushed the issue. Never going back!!

Never takes walk ins might as well be an appointment only. Can’t ever take anyone after 4pm when they close at 6. Always short staff and “too busy”
