I went in for a French manicure. My nails were not extremely long but definitely long enough to do it. I asked them to be thin squared with rounded edges. When I question for them to be thinner he got up got the owner he walked away and someone else started doing them. When I was done there was white dip or acrylic dust all in my nails. Both managers or owners admitted they could see it. They knew I was on my lunch hour which had already been extended due to the fact that he had messed up one of the nails the first time. They offered to redo them. I stated I worked across the street and that it was convenient to go to. It was only my second time there. She stated I was always a problem and that she wouldn’t argue with me! I then asked her if she was saying “I was the problem?” because she wasn’t even there the first time I came in. Look at the pictures let them speak for themselves yes they offered to fix it but at that point .2 people had done it and it’s easier if I just learn from my mistake.

New to the area, was looking for a new nail salon with great services and reasonable priced. I can say I am quite impressed. I found my new nail home. Dip was applied nicely, not chunky and square nails was SQUARED. My pedicure was great, water was hot just like I like it. Nice clean salon, with a nice and polite staff. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Update- they called like 3 times to try and fix the problem. While I do appreciate them offering to make this better, I’m not interested in going back. Good customer service, at least.

I just moved to the area a few months ago and was looking for a nail place. Excellent and prompt service! Both nail techs who worked on my gel manicure were efficient and friendly, and my nails look great! Will definitely return.

I have so many complaints about this place I don’t understand how they’re in business. I got my nails done on Monday I was not greeted they were not very nice to me but they were the only place open on that day so I got my nails done dip powder. The guy ended up doing a decent job but one Day later one of my nails broke because he did not secure the membrane before applying the powder. I went back today assuming they could fix it real quick NO they made me wait over an hour to fix ONE nail now and look at these pictures look at how she fixed it it is crooked it is shorter than the others and not even an Almond shape absolutely Ridiculous. I will absolutely never ever come here again

Been going to different nail places every 2 weeks for a few months. This place, by far, has done the best job. The pregnant lady did mine this time, and they were PERFECT! I’m getting them done again in 2 days, so ignore how they’ve grown out. I’ve also used the tips a lot and theyve rounded out a little bit. They were pretty pointy when I first got them.
