Called them and ask if they can do dipping powder on natural nails and a pedicure. Said come in and when I get there they told me to wait an hour. Lady couldn’t even bother looking up. So disappointed because I looked forward to trying them since the reviews are so positive.

September 2022: I just moved to Torrance and I cracked a nail right in the nail bed. Ouch!! So painful. So I asked Google for a “nail salon near me.” Utopia was the first one to pop up. I called to see if they would have an opening for a full set of Dip or if not could someone fix the broken nail just to get me out of pain. The girl that answered the phone was very short with me and hung up. I called again, and said, “I think you hung up on me.” She said, “Yes, I could not hear you! When do you want to come?” I said “Anytime, whatever you have open.” She said “come in half an hour or an hour!” And hung up again. How rude! I was NOT impressed. If I had not been in so much pain, I would have shopped around for a much more polite and friendly buisness.
