I’m a little disappointed. I saw great reviews and great art work so I thought I would give it a try. I generally see one nail technician on a one on one basis so maybe I’ve been spoiled. However, my appointment felt extremely rushed. I was in after the lady beside me and out the door before she had even received her last service. I heard she was paying for the $50 service. I paid $45 for what felt very basic – trim, file, scrub, 2nd brush scrub, wipe down, painting, 2 min massage on each leg. It was noted that the 2nd level pedicure was only $40 that included a warm towel, etc. I did not receive that but was still charged more. Maybe taxes brought it to $45 but even then, the very basic pedicure was priced at $30. In fact, they never asked me what level of pedicure I even wanted. I kept trying to give them a chance excusing the fact that the tech wasn’t necessarily doing a bad job, it just felt rushed but now that I see the outcome, I’m just at a loss for words. I always tip and this time was one of the first times I did not.
