They are always so friendly and efficient. They get you in and out of there but don’t skip steps to ensure the job is well done. The only thing I would like them to do is take some massage classes when giving a pedicure. It’s not the best.

Critical: QualityMy friend and I went there for the first time hearing how they were so good. We were there for roughly three hours expecting decent nails for the amount of time sitting and waiting. We were wrong they jumped around to person to person trying to rush through everyone. Remind you they didn’t turn down anyone who walked in they just instead rushed the current clients. They never asked me what I wanted for nail shape cut most of my nails crooked and then did a sloppy polish job on both of us. My friend and I went there for the first time hearing how they were so good. We were there for roughly three hours expecting decent nails for the amount of time sitting and waiting. We were wrong they jumped around to person to person trying to rush through everyone. Remind you they didn’t turn down anyone who walked in they just instead rushed the current clients. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityMy granddaughter and I went to get pedicures and manicures. I also got gel nails. We were there 3:20 minutes. My granddaughter never got her manicure. I did not get my manicure just my gel nails on. The lady started mine then went to another costumer. She went back and forth between 3 of us during the entire procedure. My nails were done terrible. I had to go back today and get them fixed . Making appointments means nothing to them. They never turned anyone away. They just kept running around like crazy and in doing that we all got poor service. I had been going there for over 15 years. Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWas enjoyable, they were busy so it took some time but well worth it! I see other complaints about them bouncing from client to client but I think they have a good system. Plus it would suck to sit in one spot for every customer.
