Had an appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. I was told that there were 2 people ahead of me. An hour and half later I was still waiting while the two people who was in front of me had already been serviced. The barber took another person in front of me instead. Left and found another barbershop, walked in and was service right away. I hate that barbers do not consider people’s time. The worst customer service ever. I didn’t even know that it was a barber shop located right there when I wanted to get my haircut yesterday. Called ahead to ask if someone was available to line/shape up my sides. Very minimum work. Person who answered the phone assured me that I’d be able to get my haircut. Upon my arrival there were just 2 people attending of which both seats were occupied. After sitting almost a half hour patiently for service..
