They are liars.They rob the customers. My bill was 75$ for full hand and leg waxing. I gave four 20$ bills which is equal to 80$. She counted the bills and asked for $20 more. I gave $20 bill and then realized it’s only $75 and confirmed how much it cost for waxing she said 75$ and told I only gave $60. I counted and gave and still they argued. I asked for CC footage thinking that would show clear picture of how much I gave them. But it was not that clear and they still argue that I gave only $60 and they returned me $15 since I gave total of $100 ( including the extra $20 bill I gave after she asked). There might be some mistake and they are not ready to accept. Instead she told she is discounting me $10. Such a disgusting experience. I am never stepping into that parlour ever again. People who visit them please be aware while you pay them.

OMG!!…please do not believe the “100 percent Satisfaction Guaranteed” on Salon Khoobsurat’s Website. The owner is HORRIBLE and I did not realize that there were so many other HORRIBLE experiences from other customers at this Salon. As a grade school teacher, my personality has always been very patient, kind and tolerant. This salon has sweet workers working there but the owner, who happens to be always there, has ZERO social skills and ZERO customer service skills. I was there just today and because one of her staff did not write my name down in the appointment book (even though my appointment was discussed just the day before today), the owner became visibly annoyed at me and wanted me to “go somewhere and come back later”. She made me feel like it was my fault that my name was not written in the appointment book. I yelled back at her saying that this was the second time that they did not write my appointment down. My appointment today was to FIX a previous problem of the owner recommending an undesirable color on my hair and so she was annoyed about the fact that she had to fix the problem (so much for the Satisfaction Guarantee). This was the first time I had complained about the hair color not being to my liking so it’s not like I am a chronic complainer. Anyway, to make a long story short, she said she didn’t care what review I wrote about her. You would think an owner would care about her business booming but this one doesn’t. There are thousands of salons out there and there’s even 2 other salons a few doors from Salon Khoobsurat itself. I was shocked that this owner did not care about holding on to customers considering she had enough competition just a few feet from her salon doorstep. Please go somewhere else. Today was the last day I used the services at this Salon. Don’t give your business to someone who doesn’t care about your business. I’ve tolerated this owner only because I tend to be very patient and tolerant, but I’m done walking on eggshells with this owner. She is one of the worst people I’ve come across. Her own staff was very apologetic today of her behavior. I do hope they find a better place to work rather than having to work with this type of owner every single day. Thanks for reading this review. I just wanted to warn others.

Khoobsurat Salon is an excellent place to go to! I love getting my eyebrows done there. I live 5 minutes away so it is very convenient for me. They are really nice and my eyebrows are done quickly. Only takes them 5 minutes and I’m out the door. Definitely recommend it to everyone! Please go and get your hair and eyebrows done there!

It was because of this place that I was introduced to threading(method of facial hair removal) and I absolutely love threaded eyebrows now, not to mention the cost(I believe it’s $5 eyebrows, $3 for upper lip, 20-25 for whole face, which includes neck/jawline)!! I can’t afford most beauty salon services but I can always afford to have eyebrows done&that’s awesome. I still go to Khoobsurat even though I moved an hour away(I used to live right across the hwy).

Very clean Beauty Salon and they are always out to increase customer satisfaction. I was looking to re-balance my oily complexion and restore my dry and damaged skin. Then my friend recommends me Khoobsurat Beauty Salon. I’ve had facials and massage here. Their treatments are really appreciable. Afterwards I feel I get my money’s worth because my skin looked radiant and smoother than ever before for their treatment. My new favorite place and will continue to return 😉
