My friend always comes here and she recommended it. I was worry at the beginning because of the dirty pedicure tube from the other place. However, the shop use disposable stuffs. Livia did my toes really well. I love the design and the friendly staffs here. It was 6 weeks from now and still perfect. Highly recommend it

They let us in right away which was nice, but the older gentleman who did my nails was incredibly rude to me. He moved my hands aggressively and hit them when my hands weren’t relaxed. My nails ended up being uneven, thick in some places, unevenly painted, and too expensive. I don’t recommend unless you get the younger man or woman.

I went to get a gel manicure and my nail technician did not speak to me one time to ask me if I liked the shape of the nail or the ensure I liked the color of the polish. Each hand had different shaped nails and my nail tech sped through the entire process. My polish did not go to the edges of my nails and the polish was thick and not shinny or smooth. There was also nail polish that was left on the skin around my nails which I believe is extremely inexcusable. I will not be going back.

I came in on Saturday Feb 13th to get a dip with tips added. Today on the 15th this one snapped while I grabbed a grocery cart. I’ve never broken a nail in the 8+ years I’ve been getting my nails done. I love out of town and asked if they could send me some money back. I was willing to submit a picture of my nail. They said the could only repair it and not fix it. I paid $100+ at this place. I told them I could not come I. Since I live out of town. I wish I could leave them no stars.

My nails and a pedicure ended up costing $160 which seems very pricey in my opinion. My pedicure only should have costed $42 and my nails should’ve only costed $95 according to the website and pamphlet but it was way more. Especially since it wasn’t really a manicure but more of just a dip. It started straight with a drill and they didn’t cut my natural nail before, they also didn’t push my cuticles back. It was very bad prep work and I know a lot of salons that take at least 10 minutes just to prep the nails. I found a design online and it looks pretty close to the design that I wanted but in my design there was rhinestones on the ring finger and he seemed to skip over that detail when I know that they’ve used rhinestones in the past. Some more customers came in and I agree with some of the reviews where they started to get rushed with their service. I went to this place based off of reviews and photos but what you see is not always what it appears to be. Ended up tipping $40 ($20 for the pedicure, $20 for the manicure) and since it was my birthday I was willing to spend the extra money to make my nails look good but if this is any other occasion I probably would not. In the end, my nail artist wanted me out of the chair as fast as I could and I noticed that my cuticles were very dry and most salons would use an oil or lotion but this salon does not. They discourage customers from getting acrylics when they are busy and instead get dip. They use the same clear and pink dip powder container for each customer and for the colored dip powder they use the original container for each customer that has that color. It seems very unsanitary for them to do that because one customers bacteria is now on my nails. Appointments don’t reserve you a spot and ultimately don’t matter because walk-ins are welcome and they don’t keep track of appointments. Nails look great but they didn’t provide the care I need.

The first time I came here about 6 months ago it was the best gel manicure I’d had in a long time but I haven’t received that same level of service since. I’ve been back twice now and after this last time I won’t be back. If you get an older middle aged lady RUN. She’s absolutely awful. This time she cut my cuticles so bad and even took off the top layer of regular skin around my fingers. Every finger was bleeding and she showed me the skin on her cutters as if to shame me for how bad my nails were before coming. My gel manicure did not look good. Every finger was peeling and scabby for 3 days. What if I had had a big event the next day? Additionally my left had had different a different nail shape than my right. I keep my nails short so I didn’t notice until later that night but my left was definitely more square and my right more rounded (like I asked for).
