I wouldn’t recommend this barbershop to anyone. Davin just does what he wants to do with little regard to the customers, don’t pay much attention to detail at all. He gives off the vibe that money is the most important thing to him. Try to cancel, have a family emergency or try to walk in for quick line-up and you’ll see his true colors. I recommend New Level Barbershop across the street. Better pricing and actually doesn’t force you buy a package anytime you need a cut.

Davin is very professional and does great work. I was new to barbershops and shared this with him. He took care to explain to me what he was doing in a way that made me comfortable and confident in the final product. The shop is really nice! It’s clean, open, organized and there was absolutely no wait. I scheduled my appointment online and when I arrived Davin was waiting by the empty chair! Definitely a great experience that I would recommend.

I started bringing my son to Davin to get his haircut at the referral of my dad, who has been going to him for a number of years. It’s no small feat to get a two year old to sit still enough to cut their hair, but Davin does it with finesse! Quality work and he is very professional. Definitely won’t be taking my son to anyone else.

Only been in the area since May but Underground Barbershop is by far the best barber I have been to. I always get a bald fade and am fairly particular about my cuts and I have always left feeling like a million bucks. Great service, great place, and Davin is a great person and great conversation. He knows so much about the area as well so if you are new he can answer all of your questions (especially about good places to eat). Lord knows I’ve become a repeat customer.

Best barbershop in town, and I’ve been to a few after moving here from out of state. Davin takes good care of my 3 kids and I with the best cuts. His shop mainly runs off of appointments which you setup on Booksy. With being so busy, there’s nothing better than knowing when I’m coming and going when getting a haircut.

Nice looking barbershop, good location, clean, etc. The low rating for me was purely based on not being able to get cleaned up which may have taken all of 5 minutes. While I did arrive at 20 til 2:00 when the shop closes on Monday, I was the only person in there apart from the little kid that was in the chair. Now if there was a shop full of people, I wouldn’t have written a review, however I’ve never been in a shop that turns away customers before the closing time. I just got my hair braided and needed some hair trimmed up, that’s it. As one of the only barber shops open on a Monday you would think they would welcome that business, but I guess not. Empire Barbershop and A Kut Above are both excellent choices for barbershops in the area. I hadn’t been to UGB before, and they did not earn my business today.
