I’ve been going to Ultimate Salon for 10 year and I would never go anywhere else. Betty is incredibly talented and always kind. The place is affordable and clean. I have always felt wonderful after getting my hair done there. Even my husband goes and loves it! The place is a hidden gem in Cutler Bay!!!

I have not been in a salon for over a year. My Husband mentioned this place to me and decided to give it a try. He is satisfied with his haircuts here. Now I have to say; so am I. I went in today and Jamie took care of me. I had a mini massage while getting my hair washed. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. Great job Jamie!!! I’m definitely coming back. ☺️

This should not be considered a unisex salon, they can’t keep enough trained staff to attend to the male clients. Every time I have been here out of convenience because it is close to my home… I have been cut by a different stylist, today the manicure lady took a turn at cutting my hair… to say the least this is the last time I ll ever visit this salon. I wish the state would have better control on how a these business operate… I think these places should be better regulated and the staff sufficiently trained to do their job. I just paid 11 dollars, for what my wife could have done at home… the lady that attempted to cut my hair should have paid me for the letting her gain the experience… Women, maybe okay going here but if you are a man and need a professional hair cut – this is not the place.

I have been going for the past 2 years and it’s been Great!! Betty TOTALLY knocked it out of the ball park with this year’s Bob cut. I got sooooooooo many compliments and I am still getting them 1 month after my cut of the amazing job she did.. I even got compliments from a hair stylist across the street from the salon. My entire family comes here when we need a last minute haircut or trim. Now I bring my boyfriend here and he loves it! All the stylest are very professional and quick which is great when you’re in a rush!Betty and her staff are AWESOME!
