Yassss! They all have great customer service ! Also to get what you want you have to ask. If you know how you want your eyebrows to look respectfully speak up and they honor your request! you won’t be disappointed! I will be back thank you ladies your all AMAZING! So far I’ve gotten my eyebrows done three times. The tent last about 5-7 days with proper care speaking from experience but I love my eyebrows .

I love this location! I’ve been going here for about 2+ years now and I’m never disappointed. I originally only went to get my eyebrows done, but now I get my lashes and waxes done here as well. I used to go here in high school all the time. I live in the city now and come back to get my hair done and went to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted. The girl was on her phone the entire time and I specially asked for her to barely touch up my eyebrows (as I am growing them out). She removed half of my hair and the girl next to me ask for a touch up too and she had the same issue and was complaining quite a bit. I legitimately am not being dramatic when I say this girl actually removed half of my eyebrows and 4 months of growing out my eyebrows. Will never be returning. 100% do not recommend anymore, the service is not the same.

Great my first visit second time not at all! The second visit I got my lashes done on a Saturday the next day the lash came off I called in and told them she said okay come in today but the store was about to close and I wouldn’t make it on time she understood and said come the day after. So I did and when I got there she said I would have to pay for the entire set again because I took both lashes off. Both lashes on or off in the time frame of me receiving the service it should’ve been free of charge especially if I called to tell you guys. Very bad!

I have been going to Pragna at Ultimate arch eyebrows for a couple of years now after the referral from a friend. And when i tell you, every time i am driving back again to get my eyebrows threaded i think to myself they are getting hard to shape with aging. But Pragna DOES MAGIC somehow. Every single time!
