Although the pedicure was amazing the nails were not it and after not being satisfied with my nails and purposely not leaving a tip the lady at the front desk asked me why don’t i leave a tip after paying over 100 dollars. She kept asking me to pay for a tip and my sister had to tell me to leave out the door because this lady was tryto pressure me into leaving a tip. i will never go back here again very unprofessional

12/22/22 went to get my nails done as i hadn’t been in a long time, ok I didn’t have an appt & waited. I knew I was going to be there awhile no big deal as I was fine with that. 5 hrs later (again I was ok with that), when time came to pay for my nails I had a $50 gift certificate which my husband gave to me last Christmas. I was told that it was no good because they have different gift certificates & owners. Granted the gift certificate I had said U2 Nails & Spa with the same ph # that’s on the window of the spa. There was no expiration either, that sucks & I will never be back there.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueFirst off I miss the old owners!This new guy think he’s big shot. Had his staff paint my toes first then do the pedicure because he didn’t see a “difference”. Like hello, it’s my toes and I’m paying and tipping for it. He was very unprofessional and rude. This was the outcome. Looks like my 12 yo painted my toes. Highly upset and won’t be returning or recommending any of my friends to go there. Had I know this place had new owners I would have never made an appointment. Big disappointment!Also the chairs are sooooo uncomfortable to sit in!
