DO NOT GET YOU NAILS DONE HERE!!! Pedicures only! Got my nails and toes done today, toes were done great Moon took her time. Nails are horrible I showed a picture to the nail tech he said he could do it without any hesitation, he should have said no, nails are not even and even lumpy. I’m going to go to another nail shop and get a color change tomorrow. When I got home my Husband sad why are they lumpy.

My pedicure was fine. But Lisa has done my nails TWICE and each time my nails break. I went to retrieve my debit card out the ATM..my nail breaks. I was scratching my head..my nail breaks!! Idk if she’s super stingy with the acrylic or what but they literally charged me 120 for my nails and toes and they keep breaking. Save your money. Pedicure, Manicure

Never had an experience like this. Apparently Lisa does appointments and I was a walk-in. Her attitude was bad and she was combative. She was nasty and unprofessional. It really messed up my relaxation time. Stressed me out. The other nail techs along with customers heard and saw what happened. I simply told her that she failed to put cuticle lotion on my right foot. Instead of her doing it, she said I did it. You didn’t see me. You don’t like me. You can get someone else. I said no. I couldn’t believe it.

I’ve been going here over 10 years, and will never spend money here again. Called to see if my tech was available, and she was not. Asked for another tech and advised she could do me if I could be there next 15 minutes. Arrived and owners son say “we don’t normally book like this, but I went ahead (with an attitude). Like really, I’m spending money…I shook it off, waited about 15 minutes for tech. While Tech was working on nails, I explained I will get toes polished instead of pedi since noone is available. She said she woul polish, then customers preceeded to come in and she said she could not and I would have to wait for someone else to polish…Who does that? You’re working on me and I have to wait 30 minutes or more for someone to polish toes…This place has went down, and has very low standards, treat customers badly….Worst customer service ever. Owners son is very arrogant, and disrespectful to customers! Don’t spend your time going to U Need Nails ( Cedar Hill) you will be very disappointed…Going forward, I will only patronize business that treat customers with the upmost respect.

Me and my daughter went there for the first time. I wanted to get my hands and feet dine for my daughter’s wedding, it was a special day because I was walking her in. I paid as they suggested me to get the 20 dollars my nails done with the no chipping however one of my nails chipped on the day of her wedding, and the next day they kept chipping, it wasn’t a week just two days after getting it done. I called to let them know and I couldn’t understand what she were saying so I ask for someone that spoke English and she went off on me saying I’m rude, I tried to apologized if I were but it wasn’t intentionally but she wasn’t having it, but I got a chance to explain why I was calling, in regards to my nails chipped on both hands, she said just come the next day because she wasn’t going to be there after that day. so I went, she start saying I remember you you was sitting over there and she kept saying I was rude , I don’t know what she was talking about .I paid 70.00 plus I tipped them 5.00, she wanted to do them all over , the wedding is over and I didn’t need them done again because I told her on the phone I didn’t wear nai polish it was just for the wedding, she was all over the place telling all those ladies speaking the language I can’t understand. and only would refund me 20.00, I wouldn’t want them to do my nails or feet done that place is old ,chairs is raggedy and not to mention they use cardboard on your lap to sit their tool in your lap, the towels were nasty , if it weren’t for my daughter getting married in a couple of days I wouldn’t never step foot up in there ever again, the health department need to shut them down. everything is a Hazzard, I kept a close look at my toes and hands to make sure I didn’t get fungus.
