For starters the owner is very unprofessional. I came in for individual lash extensions and she told me the wait would be 10-15 minutes. I ended up waiting an hour because she was running off at the mouth with another customer. Then when I finally got to the back it took her two hours to do my lashes which I’m highly unsatisfied about. They cover my entire eyelid so they’re scratching the inside and edge of my eye. It’s unnecessarily painful and uncomfortable. Plus it’s only day two and the middle is lifting. Tyler Nail will never see me again. It was a total waste of time and money.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI Took my 9 years old niece for a little girl time to get our nails done gel pedicures and manicures, the worst experience I’ve had in a long time! I never leave reviews especially bad one but I’m so disappointed. My niece waited 45 min soaking until the water was cold, and had to tell her to just get out of the water, no one serviced her at all! I received a half tail pedi, no massage, oil, lotion and she messed up polishing my toes and never fixed it! I had to tell her and she still didn’t fix it. 2 hours go by and our nails are still not done but we have saw 3 people come in and get serviced. I had to go off to get one of them to at least polish my nieces nails and then had the nerve to try and charge me full price! No one apologized. So unprofessional! On 5/5/22 I visited this establishment for 1 intended service(pedi) and left with 4…pedi, eyebrow wax, eyelash extension, and the “HENNA” technique .(for enhanced definition of my eyebrows.) ♀️ ♀️ ♀️. Let me start by stating I was a WALK-IN. Traffic was very slow, as the weather being bad may have been the culprit for this,however it was a Thursday evening. There was one other customer, and her service was a pedicure. There is only 2 technicians at this location. My overall experience was wonderful,very pleasant, relaxing and these techs were more than accommodating, not to mention friendly!!!! Professionalism is always something I look for in places of business ,and both ladies posses THIS. The younger lady(TENISHA) provided my pedicure and actually LISTENED TO NOT ONLY MY CONCERNS, BUT FOR FILLED MY DESIRES I REQUESTED. Unlike “”NAIL CLUB”” OR OTHER PLACES I’VE GONE TO THAT TRY TO “”TELL YOU WHAT YOU NEED”” DESPITE WHAT YOU ASKING OF THEM,and not to mention I’m PAYING FOR IT!! NEEDLESS TO SAY THIS WAS A VERYYYYY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE!!! MY OTHER SERVICES with JILL,were equally great. Jill took the proper time to ask questions, as far as desires,and also even inquired about allergens due to the products she would be using. I must say because of my upbringing I watch for employees and HANDWASHING,at every place of business I spend my pennies. ♀️Before this tech started on me upon entering the backroom, SHE DID WASH HER HANDS!!!
