I have been frequenting this salon since I moved here in 2006! We are family! My sister Rose is my go to and she keep me in check and looking polished. She let’s me know what I need and just takes care of me after all these years of growing with one another. It’s a family affair over the years..but with no falling outs or arguments, just love!!

I get pedicures done for the therapeutic effect on my feet. I work 12-13 hrs shifts walking and standing and religiously get a pedicure every 2 weeks. I went to this place because it was open after 7 pm when the place I go, across street, closes at 7pm. I’m concern now about my skin health, this place is Very unsanitary, and unprofessional. What’s matter for them is your money. No customer service, no ethics, or appropriate training on their staff. If they don’t know how to do a $35 pedicure they just covered up with nail polish. Very disappointed and frustrating after I have to tell the staff what is supposed to be done during a pedicure. She was ready to polish my toe nails after she only wash my feet, cut my big toe nails, and passes the drill over my nails which left them with a very rough surface. I told her that she never remove the death skin of my toes. And that was when she started sticking pointing tools on my toes, no knowing how to remove death skin or the cuticles. I had to tell her twice “please, be careful, I work on my feet, if you don’t know, please call someone else”

Good prices rushed service and a little rough on my nails. I understand the use of the drill for a quicker removal of gel polish yet it was on my real nails and burned at some points. She also had to glue portions of the nail that she drilled too aggressively. Hopefully I get a different tech. I will try one more time with this salon only because of the price and convenient location

Sometimes it depends on who you get, I got my nails done color powder and they last very long time until I get them fill in. They never chip or break. I did not take of my nails for over a year. I just keep fill in and change color every time. They do very good job on designs too! I created my own style, and they do what I wanted. Very satisfied!

My nails are week old and I still like them. I wouldn’t go back because a file tip flew off and hit the floor and the tech picked it up and put it back in the box. She was working on her nails while my hands where soaking using instruments from the box labeled dirty

I came here last Saturday to get my nails done, all though I wasn’t really impressed with the job it was still presentable and I left because it was getting late. I got the ombré color on my natural nails which means that they added powder to give me the look. Fast forward to not even one week, my natural nails are coming out of the powder and my nails are just looking ridiculous. They were not properly filed so they are getting caught in my hair. I get there to have them fix my nails and they want to glue them to the powder and I don’t want that. So the lady told me to come back later and gave me a time. I agreed to come back at 2:30pm and I was here on time only for her to show up 17 mins late and when she gets here apparently she also gave other people the same appointment as me and she started on them with no concern to me whatsoever. I sat there for 30 mins being patient and the worst part is that before all of this I said that I could come back the next day since she wasn’t here but she insisted that I come at 2:30pm just to be late and to have scheduled other people at the same time as me. I am really not a person who asks for too much like the nails don’t have to look exactly like the picture as long as they are presentable. I spent $50 for my nails and not even one week later they look ridiculous

It is inexpensive, but you get what you pay for bc the hot stone massage was literally 90 seconds. The leg rub is the only reason I even get pedicures

Went in like I always do every 2 weeks. I always get the $16 pedicure and today I go in there she rings me up and lies and charges me for the $21 pedicure when she removed no dead skin from me. I was very shocked at the dishonesty. She also kept commenting on my skin tone which made me mad as a black woman. We come in all different color ranges someone needs to educate her on that. Update they offered to give me my $5 back if I took down my review. Definitely not happening. Find another salon
