Nay went to great lengths to make my child’s first salon visit professional yet still fun, relaxing, and a pampered experience. She was most attentive to my baby girl, encouraging, polite and included my child in the decisions about styling her hair. Additionally, she was so colossally patient with my 5 year olds squirming, head turning and loquaciousness. She took the time to care of my daughter’s actual hair and then styled it. My daughter and I absolutely LOVE her hair style and we both enjoyed our afternoon with Nay.
