I used to go here years ago & they were much friendlier back then & welcoming. I was the 2nd guest through the door once they opened. I was given the pedicure first that was rushed & lasted all of 7-10 mins. Then i get seated to start my nails I show the lady the picture & she told me she was going to charge me extra for the designs I said okay which I understand bc it can possibly take you time to do each nail. The lady did my nails in less than 25 mins all together from laying acrylic shaping & designs. I don’t usually ask prices but there’s no price list anywhere. Between the pedicure and her doing my nails she yanked my hands and feet throughout the entire process constant saying be still. Mam I’m not moving also I’m human not a damn statue I was doing my part so she can adequately do my nails. Once she finished she had somebody check me out but didn’t verbalize to me the price she wrote it down on paper and showed it to me which totaled $195 for a gel pedicure (rushed & yanked) and these nails that she yanked me through the entire process. I am not a problematic person so I paid and left. None of the nail techs make conversation nor thank you for spending your hard earned money at their establishment. Everyone was completely short with you & rude. I tried them out again bc they had quality work years ago and was reasonably priced but my experience this time wasn’t up to par at all.

Horrible! My manicure lasted all of 6 hours. My polish started to chip off, my square shape didn’t even last 3 days before it started to break and now I have hang nails that I’ve never had on my fingers in my life! I’ve gotten a manicure before from a student in nail school and she did a better job! Manicure

My nails turned out okay. I was not aware that all of the books were gel polish. Which I still don’t necessarily believe. I got a full set (with gel apparently) my old acrylic taken off, and a basic pedicure. The customer service wasn’t the best and the lady doing my nails was on her phone the whole time. She was very aggressive and made my pinky bleed. I still have acrylic all over my hands and my cuticles are dry. The lady who did my pedicure was nice. I paid $82- my hands and toes were done using the same book( at least that’s what I told them) but I can guarantee that my pedicure was not done with gel. (I did pay $2 per nail for the design which I was aware of)

Unfriendly and overpriced. They do a good job but will charge you an arm and a leg to do it. They barely say thank you and their attitudes are off putting. No customer service skills.I had to stop going.

Me and my friend went to get our nails done and we sat down picked our colors out, and then when we told them the number for our colors they pulled out gel colors even though we picked from the non gel nail display, and when i asked how much the gel color is she said it was 45 and then when it was time to pay she told me 57 even though my nails were not even an inch above my nail and i got a basic shape, they charged my friend 70 dollars and she just got a solid color with rhinestones on one finger. they scammed us cause we were teenagers. Never again

This.was a great place to come and get a great job on my nails. But now I do have to say, I won’t be going back. After they used a nail tool on me and turn around and used that same tool on someone else, with out cleaning them. That is pretty grouse.

Their attitudes have gotten way worse as well as their quality & their prices have only gone up.
