Booked myself a float today on a whim after seeing one on a TV show I was watching and then recalling seeing Facebook ads for this place. Love the atmosphere. It was the first time I had tried floating and I was definitely impressed. I have a hard time shutting off my brain in order to fully relax, but the sensory deprivation really helped and my back, which is normally in constant pain, feels a bit better after. I’ll certainly be returning and forcing the husband to tag along next time!

This was my very first experience at True REST Float Spa, but it was AMAZING!! They told me it will get even better with continued use. I do hair as my profession. My husband went to True REST Float Spa today as part of a Veterans’ Day promotion. He is 100% disabled Air Force and has chronic pain. His disability is mainly due to a broken back at age 22. At 67, he can still walk and stand for short periods but he spends a lot of time in bed because the pain is intense.

We had a great first experience. Everything was very clean and we enjoyed our time. I guess everyone has to make their own experience with floating to find out what works for you individually. I preferred the lights on and I will try again with music next time. But it’s an individual experience for everyone. The ear plugs are great and the also provided ointment for minor cuts. The water was clean and gets filtered afterwards.
