Critical: Professionalism, QualityThis place has young girls that are very rude and un educated about tanning. Never is there a manager or owner available. I contacted them to tell them after tanning yesterday I had bad burns on my eyes and swollen. I used goggles and a towel over my face. I asked what they sanitize with. She then said others have complained also. They should be rinsing the chemicals off the goggles before you use them. Can’t get ahold of anyone in charge. This place has young girls that are very rude and un educated about tanning. Never is there a manager or owner available. I contacted them to tell them after tanning yesterday I had bad burns on my eyes and swollen. I used goggles and a towel over my face. I asked what they sanitize with. I do not recommend this place. Drive in to Reynoldsburg or anywhere else in Pataskala.I paid for a package (the least expensive but unlimited for 3 months) and when I came out of the room after my first visit, I told her the bed didn’t even get warm( the bed looked like it was from the 1980’s) so I wanted to change my package to a shorter time frame package (less expensive). They said there are no refunds and that I could go to a more expensive package. I just paid for the package 20 minutes prior!! I could get a more expensive package but I couldn’t “downgrade”. She had suggested paying for a 6 time package but why waste my money when I tan all winter. The better deal is to buy a bigger package. She told me the owner would call me in the next couple days but it has been a week and I haven’t heard from anyone…big surprise. Also FYI they charge 17% sales tax on your package! As soon as my 3 months is up, I will never go there again…also they need to do better housekeeping…it is kinda dirty.

Worst customer service and beds I have ever dealt with. Live right down the street and I would rather drive to Gahanna to tan than ever step foot in Tropical Tanz again. Appalled at the disrespectful, loud-mouthed employee what was actually yelling at me, with shoulders pulsed towards me, due to a confusion in my package expiring. (Which i was never told would happen) Asked to have the owner give me a call, never heard from him either. The girl working should be ashamed of herself for how rude she was and the owner Tony Price should know better than to hire employees that would rather text away on their cell phone instead of helping to KEEP your customers. I will never be back. Thanks again for that phone call Tony. Still waiting.

The bulbs are not all replaced at the same time as they should be so you tan unevenly, the girls at the counter talk negatively about anything they dont like including other schools and personal issues.
