That was the worst experience ever that I had anywhere in my life the owner doesn’t know how to put gel there is bubble on my nail didnt even remove the last gel everywhere I had to cut my own nail and pay 70$ for that. A women came and had the worst fake permanent eyebrows that the lady did to her few days ago, and the other one fail at aircut on the other one. All happened in 1 hour.

After a quick/unscheduled departure from home due to snow forecasts on the mainland, I had not had the opportunity to get a pedicure at my normal salon as planned. Desperate for a foot makeover (seeing as it had been months since I’d last really given any thought to open toed shoes) I had stressed a bit about where to go in Kona, since we were without a car during our first few days in town. Reviews of just about any place nearby were not good.

This salon was great. My niece, my nephew, and I went for two pedicures and a fill. Pictured is the end result of my fill and color change. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. Pricing was spot on for the detail they put in to the services.

Got here early, so I didn’t wait longer than 10 minutes for a walk in. Got a pedicure w/callous removal & scrub. Scrub was nice. Callous removal, cleaning, & nail polish could’ve been more careful & thorough.

Toes came out good but my nails came out lumpy and super thick uneven and this was just a fill . The staff was friendly. The gentleman that was doing my nails was in such a rush he didn’t shape them right nor file down the extra acrylic he put on to fill my nails so it looks like I just have a lump of acrylic on my fingers. My nails are different lengths and thickness. I’d say if your looking for a pedi yes but acrylics is a big no go for this shop .

I had an 3:30 appointment with Katie to get my eye brows and lip waxed. She ripped my skin off my actual top lip off. She ripped the skin off both sides of my eye brows. All because she rushed it and didn’t provide good, attentive service. When I walked in she was still doing another clients nails. She stopped with her and told me she’ll do my waxing. After She finished with me she immediately ran out the room to finish the other clients nails. I didn’t want to make a scene in font of her other client so I waited for a bit but then left and called her to complain. She told me to come back to show her which I did and she told me it’ll be fine just put Neosporin. It’s not fine. My eyes lids and lip was swollen, red and still swollen and red the next day. Very disappointed with Katie when normally she’s great. (0 stars Katie)
