I came here to do my hair and it was done bad, I paid a lot of money and I think I am going to call the state on this business. They won’t refund your money and they want to try and fix your hair but all they do is damage it more. The service is ridiculous not to mention the prices and what they do to your hair and how they damage it, it’s not worth it. They be very rude and disrespectful and they don’t care if you are mad or not.

The service is incredible. They give you very nice looking cuts and dye for a reasonable price. I still go there to this day. I do recommend that you speak Spanish as it appears to be the ladies’ native language. They do really good jobs and for a good price.

Critical: ProfessionalismSo Unprofessional was ignored by the hair stylists one stylist with powdery short light brown hair Was just sitting on the couch talking while me and another customer waited and she wasnt working on anyone. She was babbling away with her back to us. I could understand if they were busy but yeah no she was just being totally lazy and tacky. Stay home if you wanna be lazy. After 15 minutes one waiting customer stormed out I gave them 5 more minutes then I left. So Unprofessional was ignored by the hair stylists one stylist with powdery short light brown hair Was just sitting on the couch talking while me and another customer waited and she wasnt working on anyone. Please do not come here to get your hair colored the owner Gloria which did my hair messed up my hair so bad I asked for balayage hair with lots more blonde in it n asked if my hair could handle the bleaching she said yes it will be only a Lil damaged don’t worry. So I trusted her because again she was supposedly a professional n the owner at that she told me $120 n I said ok. I got there at about 10am and left at 7pm. I had bleach in my hair for 7.5 hrs not to mention she did it twice. She also applied dark brown to my roots n toner for 25 mins at this point my scalp was on fire. In this package was included a haircut n styling but the power went out so I understood I couldn’t get it but she didn’t even offer to say come back tomorrow for ur hair cut n when I asked her about it she completely ignored me. N not once did she say the price would increase because of her own mistakes. So I left having to pay $150 uncut hair dripping wet n not knowing what hair was going to look like. All she said is get home wash it n send me pictures. I got home washed it n began to panic n cry to see chunks of hair falling off not to mention the color was horrific it looked so yellowish with dark roots so ugly. I went the next day to another salon n explained what happened n ask what could they could do to fix it. They said if I try to fix the color my hair would fall of n I could be bald n that I needed lots of treatments n hair cuts n the color later on n it would be about $250 to do all that I was even more pissed. So from there I went straight back to Tres Latinas n spoke with the owner Gloria explained I was very unhappy n angry with the color n condition of my hair n how my scalp burned n my hair is falling off in chunks n that I wanted a refund. She said no n all she could do was try n fix it as in bleach it some more n bleach my roots. I told her u think I’m going to let u touch my hair again u must be out of ur mind. I said I needed that money to go else where n get it fixed n that i looked stupid walking around with my hair like this she didn’t care what so ever not to mention my friend went with me to get the same look n she did the exact same thing to her hair as well we walked out of there so mad. I told her I was going to report her n she said go ahead the number is right there. Pls ladies do not put ur hair in this woman’s hands I’m telling u from experience she is very unprofessional. Now I’m stuck with fried hair looking like chucky’s bride n sad that I’m going bald.

Just went today with my best friend.. just to come out with wet, uncut, and damaged hair! For $300 together after my friend showed her a picture and her hair down, price was said to be $120. First time she bleached her hair it came out gold of course to fix her mistake she did another session of bleach, however no raise of price was said. She made the same mistake with me and also did not say anything of price being raised. I have gone here before but never have i lefted unhappy as today. Last time i will go here.! As i still payed i asked about the hair cut (which was supposed to be included)and price she said oh no im not doing it for that price and still didnt offer to make up for the no hair cut and styling since all the lights went out! Ladies beware of the risks and go to a real professional!
