I went from box brown color to a beautiful steel gray with silver highlights that compliments my new gray growth. A very complicated process but Tish got my color better than I imagined. Worst experience ever. People work here have zero talent and are extremely rude to there customers. When you tell them they are at fault they immediately start defending and putting the blame on you. Most unprofessional and unsatisfied experience ever. Go to them if you dnt love your hair or you dnt have anyself respect. A big no to there illiterate people.
