Nope, never again. I used to come here a few years ago until I moved out of the area and LOVED coming here. I recently moved back and decided to come here because it’s closer to me than where I’ve been going. Bad move, the girl was rushing and I had to have her go over my cuticles again because they were not done. Had to tell her twice not to scrub my feet, I’m diabetic and take very good care of my feet, all she had to do was feel them to know that. At this point I wanted to see how much worse it could get and just stopped talking to her. My toes are too short for the separators they use, but she put them on anyway and had to re-polish my toes when we got to the drying station. What is the point of putting lotion on my legs and none on my feet? My legs weren’t in the water. I’ll be traveling back across town to where I used to go. Plus she cut me and didn’t clean it up.

I always ask for Jenny, super sweet people. Nails always come out looking nice too, walk ins welcome but if you want someone specific reserve your spot ( you wont regret it )

Went in with a group for Manis and pedicures for my sisters wedding. Had appointments for everyone. Signed in on their paper with what everyone was getting done. Started with the pedicures. Once they finished the pedicures, they moved everyone to the manicures…except my older Aunt. They left her in the pedicure chair for over an hour. We kept asking if she was getting moved to get her nails done, and conveniently no one spoke good enough English to respond where anyone could hear their response. Everyone else was completely done with manicures before they FINALLY moved her to get her nails done. We had an 11am appointment time, but she didn’t finish until after 2. They did decent work, but ignored 6 people asking the same question about my Aunt.

Do not recommend. I got a pedicure and it was good. However, I got Tracy to do my acrylics, and it was horribly done. I got longer nails this time and I kept getting looks and was being told that my nails were too long. This is a nail salon, it’s the point. It was a very uncomfortable place to get my nails done. The first time I came I had nails that weren’t properly filed and had air bubbles, but were overall okay. This time I came for a set of birthday nails and was so happy that they turned out almost exactly as what I imagined them to be! Not only were my nails properly filed and shaped, but my Nail tech, Mina, was so sweet and did everything I asked with not a single bit of attitude, will definitely go to her next time!
