Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve been on a hunt all over Alexandria/Pineville area and this Salon is in my top 3. It was my first time and I got a hot rock pedi ($55) and an acrylic full set ($35) with an almond shape. This pedicure was amazing and definitely worth the price. Regardless of how busy the salon was she took her time and the massage was great! The full set however was not. I asked for a manicure clean up and never got it the shape was way too short for an almond and it looks like weird claws. The staff was extremely friendly and understandable compared to other salons and they speak great English. The salon looked beautiful, clean, and very well designed. It looked Really high end compared to other places. My overall experience was great except for the nails. I will go back in a few weeks for a refill and hopefully they can get it right. I’ve been on a hunt all over Alexandria/Pineville area and this Salon is in my top 3. It was my first time and I got a hot rock pedi ($55) and an acrylic full set ($35) with an almond shape. Critical: Quality, ValueSo I decided to try Tracy’s because it is close to home. I normally drive to Alexandria to get my nails done. I actually went to my nail salon and everyone was out with Covid and so I tried Tracy’s. I walk in and tell the lady once I sit down it was my first time there!! First of all, the price I paid was more than what I usually pay at my place. I normally get the top notch pedi with gel and a manicure with gel. She gave me a basic pedi with gel and a mani with gel. She did not even offer a different pedicure. Seemed she was all about getting me in and out and they were not even busy. My nails started breaking and chipping after a couple days. Gel is not supposed to chip. I’m a stay at home wife, I’m not rough with my hands. All in all very disappointed with my services and they need to step their game up! So I decided to try Tracy’s because it is close to home. I normally drive to Alexandria to get my nails done. I actually went to my nail salon and everyone was out with Covid and so I tried Tracy’s. I walk in and tell the lady once I sit down it was my first time there!! First of all, the price I paid was more than what I usually pay at my place. No hello… just a “go wash your hands”. The clientele here is real “judgmental”. I paid $40 for a basic manicure, nothing special. Had me waiting in a chair “soaking” for over a hour. The water was cold by the time they got started. Definitely did not have enough staff! I wanted a manicure too but after being there for over a hour and no service, I quickly changed my mind. There was “no sorry for your wait” or even a thank you for my business. Do better. The nail shops in Georgia would run circles around you guys. Learn customer service, have your clientele wear masks, and clean up better! The technicians have begun to be sloppy, quick to get you done and out the door. I’ve walked out with mediocre nails that look like I did them myself at home. Paint on my skin, nails not cleaned up, uneven nail sets. Very disappointed because it was once such great place to go. I’ve had to bring my business elsewhere.
