I’ve been dealing with painful TMJ, and I had a snow day. Marisa assured me that if I was comfortable driving through the blizzard, she would give me a session to help release the contractions in my jaw. I’m so glad and grateful! This holistic healer’s professional, intuitive hands immediately relaxed me, and the inspiring music accompanied her artistry.. I completely trusted Marisa as she worked her magic on my head, jaw, and neck. For me, her work is a combination of stretching, acupressure, and Phoenix Rising or Thai yoga on a smaller scale. At one point, tears were rolling out of my eyes, I sneezed, and she gave me a little essential oil on a tissue. It was just lovely. I left feeling better, lighter, brighter, and happier. I’m going back to Marisa as often as I can, because as soon as my TMJ heals, I’ll need her to work elsewhere on my body! Great little spa with very friendly staff! Tiny building tho with only one massage room and there is only street parking. Also the building is tucked away back between two other street stores, so it’s easy to miss. Otherwise, I would recommend it!
