Critical: ProfessionalismExtremely rude and unprofessional, I booked an appointment on Thursday and went today to get a consultation and see how much it’s gonna cost me to do what I want.The lady at the Reception and the Manager (I guess) have been very helpful trying to provide me with the information I needed however they decided to check with the stylist his name is Chuck he said he cannot guarantee what I want but he will try which I appreciated however the price was more than my budget so I told them I’m gonna think about it and give you a call back to confirm or cancel my appointmentI called them awhile ago to ask one more question so I can confirm what I’m doing and confirm the appointment however while talking and listening to him he suddenly said he cannot do my hair and he is NOT COMFORTABLE doing my hair and hanged up the call!!!!!! I’ve been going to see Jenna at Total Hair salon for about a year now and I always leave feeling great about my hair. She’s always happy to roll with whatever off the wall color idea I throw at her and she definitely outdid herself on my visit this weekend. The whole staff is super friendly and the new location is so nice and bright! Can’t recommend this place enough!

FOREVER CUSTOMER FROM NOW ON. I had gone to have color put in and was very pleased at the time with my results. A few weeks later I wasnt as pleased with the decision I made and went back to see the same stylist with a last minute appt. Chuck was so kind and helped to create a look I love. I was prepared to pay for my full color/cut/shampoo/style and to my suprise I was only charged for a shampoo. Wonderful experience all around.

I have been going to Total Hair to see Becky for over 7 years! My husband, son, and daughter also see her and my mom drives over 2 hours to have Becky color her hair. Becky did my hair for my wedding and I couldn’t have been happier! I love the salon and have always been treated nicely by all the stylists there. I highly recommend Total Hair for your entire family’s hair-styling needs!

I have gone to Total Hair to have Ashley DeVaughn cut (and occasionally color) my very long, layered hair for over 2 years. SHE IS AMAZING. I was devastated to move out of state recently, and don’t know if I’ll find anyone as great as Ashley. She is friendly, gives you her expert opinion on color, but doesn’t take over or make you feel pushed around. I cannot state this clearly enough, Ashley DeVaughn is an amazing hair stylist! I’ll remember the time when she was my hair stylist as more than 2 years when I actually LOVED my own hair. For me, that’s saying something.
