Critical: ProfessionalismI will NOT return to this nail salon due to the attitude of the nail technician Jackie’s (I believe that’s the name she goes by) attitude. It was my 3rd time there and when I called for my appointment I arrived 10 minutes late due to traffic coming from my job in Philadelphia. Jackie was clearly irritated and advised that they closed at 4:30p when the hours posted said 5pm. I arrived at close to 3:40-3:45pm and only had a gel manicure scheduled. I was told on the phone for a 3:30pm appointment she didn’t have time for both a regular pedicure and gel manicure. So, I just got a gel, which was completed by 4:20p. When I arrived Jackie advised me right away that I was late and that she had to stay for me and that everyone else had already left. Really! Was that necessary? During my manicure she asked me numerous questions about my job and why couldn’t I get there earlier, which I found disturbing and inappropriate. She said she was the owner’s sister. So, then I knew I couldn’t complain to anyone. So, I decided to write this review. I will not go back and I told her so on the way out the door. Terrible customer relations and service! It’s a shame as I live 3 minutes from this salon. I will NOT return to this nail salon due to the attitude of the nail technician Jackie’s (I believe that’s the name she goes by) attitude. It was my 3rd time there and when I called for my appointment I arrived 10 minutes late due to traffic coming from my job in Philadelphia.
