I’ve been bringing my mother here for at least 2 years and we always enjoy our time here! She always gets dip done by Hugh because he does a great job and they have good conversation. I jump around to different technicians because the ones I’ve had do well. TY did my nails for a Dua Lipa concert with no complaints. It was a different design on each nail (checkered, smiley face, etc.) I’ve also added pictures of other designs I’ve asked them to do. They always remember us and they’re always friendly. Plus I’m always last minute with setting up our appointments and we can always get in around the time I’m looking for.

Went to get my nails done for my wedding and honeymoon after reading great reviews. Nail tech cut me multiple times with an unsterile cuticle cutter that she already had in the bottom of her cart. After asking her to fix something politely, she said “No, I know what I’m doing. I’ve been doing this for 20 years.” Girl bye. Your work and professionalism don’t seem like it. Will not come here again.

Awful. I have cuts on all of my fingers which weren’t cleaned by the tech, i have product all over my fingers, the top coat has a texture on it, and you can’t even bring it up to their attention because they’re rushing you to get out. I’m so upset because I used to go to top coat all the time and because my nails would’ve looked amazing if they would’ve just slowed down!

Got exactly what I asked for! Amazing manicure. My pedicure was not as perfect (it was a different nail artist) but it didn’t ruin my experience. Anna who did my manicure did super clean and great job. Hope they will last long!

Topcoat is my regular nail place. I always go to Lynn for pedicures. She is great if you suffer from ingrown toenails as she helps keep them cleared up, without torturing you!

First times were great but the salon was dirty. Dirty tables etc . They would always do more of what I asked pretending they didn’t understand. One guy once did a terrible shellac and I requested they fix it . And then a really upset girl fixed it with a bad attitude. Never came back

I wish I would have taken pictures about 4 days after getting their “powder dip” my nails started to break in the middle. It was so painful and I bled. I’ve gotten both gel AND powder dip before from other salons and NEVER had this happen. I’m a Nursing student and had a VERY busy semester so I couldn’t make it back in until the last day of their “two week” policy. Although they agreed to fix the broken nails, it was apparent they didn’t believe that the nails broke within a few days of getting them done. They said I should have called them before today, but how the hell am I supposed to know to call them? I just assumed I needed to go back in before the two weeks was over. Like I said I was extremely busy with school.
