Heard amazing things about Quinn, cheated on my lady and went here and I wish I didnt! I made an appointment the day before but she completely rushed me to get to her next appointment, she cut me to where I bled and then put super glue on it. My nails were not shaped they were literally jagged and then she piled acrylic up under 4 of my nails and couldn’t get it off AND THEN charged me full price $60. I called and complained trying to be courteous instead of making a scene and she rushed me off the phone and said come back with no appointment (when she’s super super busy always) and she would fix it in a couple days it needs to grow out first. I understand people make mistakes but at least right your wrong and give a discount. Very ghetto place (and I’m black) I do not recommend (I filed them at home in the pictures they were worse)

I went to this place because my cousin has always spoken so highly of the people that does her nails there, so I decided to give them a try. I liked how they did my nails the 1st time, so I went back for the 2nd time. Furthermore, a different girl did my nails and did a horrible job. I was totally dissatisfied and ask them if they could fix my nail and she said that they couldn’t, to come back Monday. I will be returning for them to fix my nail because my hard earned money paid them and afterward, I will never return to this place and throw my money in the trash again.

The guy that sits at the guest table was very nice and did an awesome job!! But the guy that does pedicures with the light eyes did an awful job I paid $50 fir gel nails and got horrible service. No rubbing lotion in and he purposely dug his nails in my skin to assure my massage was painful. I’m not from there but will never go back…he was too aggressive and not welcoming at all !!!!!!!! They need to work on customer service or get rid of him at least

So I decided to go to the nail salon to get all my fake nails properly removed since my middle nail broke. Since I was going to Walmart I decided to go to the nail salon closest to that Walmart. I was well received there by another nail technition which at the time was doing someone’s nails so she called another woman to take care of me. As soon as she arrived she takes a fake nail to remove my nail (she was pressing the fake into my shellac to removed it) which was hurting and ended up removing parts of the surface of my nail.

My first experience was ok. They didn’t push back my cuticals liked I asked for so I needed a refill within 10 days… They ladies were nice though. I went in this past week for a f3ull and they barly grinded the old layer and they were wavey in the end…dnt think il go back. Was cheapest around but like they say you get what you pay for…this was 1 day ago…

Not happy. A big older guy with light eyes provided service. Cuticle trimming was awful. Cutting too deep. Still had polish on my toes before polishing. Did not go over cuticles before painting. Painting looked OK. The next day the paint looked thin and uneven. Went back for repaint but did not want the same guy. Had to wait until the other guy was available while a female technician sat and talked. Never again!

If I could give this place negative stars I would, it’s very ghetto I do not recommend I walked in everybody was rude and looked at my crazy I asked for acrylic toes and nails and they denied me, they told me no and say they wouldn’t have time even though I went 4 hours before they close I asked if they didn’t do walk in or what they said they did do them so me trying to do a walk in wasnt the problem they then said they might have time for a pedicure and ask to look at my toes I took of my shoe and showed him they then rudely told me nevermind I left and went to DB nails around the corner and they were way more professional and polite
