Annie is great at what she does. She’s very fast & quality of work is good. Also cares about your mail growth & strength which is hard to find. Majority of people just do you nails and send you out the door. If your nails are damaged she can lead you in the right direction to strong healthy nails! Dip powder, Nail art, Waxing, Acrylic nails

I have mixed feelings about the work. Annie does things “differently”, in a way that I didn’t like. My manicure was very poor quality and there no real cuticle work on my toes either. But the way I see it, we had such a good conversation, I paid for nails and therapy. That is helping me cope with the actual results and high price

Went on a Wednesday afternoon. Waited for a while since there were three people and two technicians. The owner served me and convinced me to do gel. The service was quick, but I thought the manicure would include some hand massage etc, which I guess would have been something different. The prices are not clearly posted. This is new ownership and she did a good, efficient job, and also guaranteed the gel nails for two weeks. However, I would’ve like some music to be on and the prices and services to be more clear.

Before arriving at Top Mail Salon, O had a conversation by phone and text with Annie stressing what I desired and she with confidence stated that she could deliver. I specifically asked for a certain design and even took pics and was told by “Annie” that she could do the design and I was given a price which I was more then willing to pay. Unfortunately, I was treated unfairly, work was rushed when another customer walks in and asks, “how much longer because she was on her lunch break”. In the middle of working on my nails “Annie”said, “oh I’m finished with her(meaning me) Ruby. I then told Annie that I will not be paying full price for unfinished work. Unfortunately that didn’t sit well with Annie so she stated that she was calling the police and I asked her to do so and I will wait till they get here. I did not get what I asked for and was expected to pay full price. I declined to pay full price and police were called. Of course I waited around and gave my evidence of the text and the results. I offered to pay 2/3rds of the price and was granted to do just that. I will not return nor will I recommend Top Nail Salon. Annie was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.

My best friend was visiting from out of town and it was her birthday week, and her aunt treated us to a nail day and it was a really good experience! Both Annie and Lynn were very friendly, professional, easy-going, interactive, and they really knew what they were doing. They had great suggestions and we all had a really nice conversation! They made us feel very comfortable and I really felt like I belonged there. I felt more like a guest than just a customer (if that makes sense). I will definitely be going back again! I had a wonderful experience here! It was the best nail salon I’ve been to and now I don’t have to look any further. My best friend was visiting from out of town and it was her birthday week, and her aunt treated us to a nail day and it was a really good experience! Both Annie and Lynn were very friendly, professional, easy-going, interactive, and they really knew what they were doing. They had great suggestions and we all had a really nice conversation! my best friend was going to top nails to get a mani pedi, annie was very kind and even came back to her shop that she runs alone to do my friends nails on a slow day when they closed early. there was a mistake with the nails and the liquid that was used which meant she had to take them off and reschedule us, a very easy mistake to make even with her 28 years of experience… it happens. however annie handled it wonderfully. annie told us to come back and that she would redo them free of charge because she cares more about doing honest work and building good relationships with clients than she does about the money. she also gave me half off my set when we came back because of how much time we spent there the first time. our nails both came out great when we came back and her experience and knowledge really shines through. she explains everything and teaches you how to better care for your own nails. she was very quick and pretty much flawless in her technique. she made us both feel so welcome and comfortable. mistakes happen but the way annie handled it proved where her heart is and that she really does take pride in her work and her business. not only will i continue to see annie but i highly recommend her if you want a good honest nail lady who knows very well what she is doing.

And did an excellent job on my mother’s nails. My mother uses her hands to so a lot and also has a two-year-old stepson. She made them really functional and my mother is very please. She also was very kind to me when I came in the next day with a set of nails from a different salon. The other Salon had messed up the nails and did not give me what I wanted the nails were hurting me from the application process at this other salon. She was very gentle removing them and took her time to make sure that it didn’t hurt. She redid them the way I wanted them.
