I love this place!! First time going there and the staff was super nice and helpful! T did my nails and he was super sweet and talkative, he did an amazing job! He was willing to work with what I asked for and happy to fix things I didn’t care for, and I’m super picky!! Will definitely be coming back 🙂

Critical: Quality, ValueI hate giving bad ratings especially when i’ve had such good service here before. I don’t know if it was just the specific woman or what but i’m very disappointed in what I received.First off I asked for almond shaped nails and received coffin nails. Secondly the design I got turned out horribly. I asked for stitches connecting the white and green and instead got stripes over the white and had to ask for a line through them which just didn’t work. Thirdly the polish was all bumpy and smeared, and not smeared as in rubbed against something. Smeared as in the gel didn’t dry before colors were switched.My overall cost was 58.58$ which I feel was vastly overpriced for the results I received.I feel bad leaving a bad review but the overall service I received was just disappointing.Service: ManicureI hate giving bad ratings especially when i’ve had such good service here before. I got the dip mani still looks good after 2 wks. They offer too. Got a pedi a month ago still looks fresh. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I’m from out of state working. I’ve been here since August tried several salons I finally found the one. The name is correct

The man that was doing my nails definitely was not polite. He asked about my dip color after doing 1 nail and I told him it wasn’t correct and he told me it was. I had a picture of the color from their salon on my phone, definitely was NOT the right color. Then they charged me $55 for one color Dip Powder! Never in the 4 other states have I lived been charged $55 for one color. This is Cedar Falls, IOWA people.

Would give this place a zero if possible. I purchased a gift certificate to have a girls date with my mom. I was told 45 minute wait which is reasonable. My mom received her pedicure in a timely manner and the man that did it was very kind. However, I waited over 2 hours and was not even acknowledged. Multiple people were helped before me that were behind me in line and the staff was rude to me when I asked what was going on. There are plenty of good places to get your nails done in the cedar valley and this is not one of them. Left this place in tears because of how poorly I was treated.

Clean and friendly, I just had a hard time understanding the worker. Also had to wait 30 -40 minutes not to many workers, most of them were doing finger nails.

As I walked in, the guy was rude and seemed frustrated that I was there. After he was half way done with my nails, he started to be a little nicer. He did a really good job on my nails. For a fill and shellac paint, it was as pricey as getting a full new manicure. So the price was really steep compared to the other nail salons I have gone to for the same service.
