Horrible service when the owners are not there!! I’ve been asked to come back another day on several occasions because they were too busy. This is ridiculous. Gas is too high to be driving back & forth across town. I could have stopped at any salon but instead I came across town to give my business here. I asked for hot water because I’ve been soaking my feet for almost two hours. The lady tells me, “I don’t do pedicures.” Other customers had to yell at her and express that I was only asking for hot water. One of the ladies that does pedicures felt sick. She decides to go lay down in the back. The lady in the front kept yelling for her to come out. When she finally came out, she started yelling in their language grabbed her purse and stormed out!! Everyone was in disbelief. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! They have gotten unprofessional and don’t appreciate folks business!!

A few years ago this place was absolutely wonderful but it seems as if they may have gotten new ownership since the remodel because the new employees rush to get done leaving small errors in the nails. Today when I went to get a fill in and color change they did not even take all of the polish off from before leaving my nails looking tacky as can be from the back. To make matters worse the front hardly even looked like the design I picked out. Time for me to find a new salon.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityAgainst our better judgement, my niece decided to get a full set at this place. As soon as we walked in, I felt like I would need a tetanus shot, the place was disgusting! Don’t believe, just look at some of the other pics and reviews here on Google or Yelp. The picture I attached is 4 days after the full set which was 60 bucks. I called and a lady who couldn’t speak or hear English very well told us to come at 3p the next day. Prior to arrival, I called to confirm and the owner, Jenny got on the phone and said “we don’t do that”. That = standing behind the quality of their work. I said, it’s only been 4 days and she’s missing nails and the polish is coming off. Her response “no baby, maybe she is just rough”. Ohhh..ok then. NEVER AGAIN! You’ve been warned folks…Against our better judgement, my niece decided to get a full set at this place. As soon as we walked in, I felt like I would need a tetanus shot, the place was disgusting! I just got this set done the day before and the very next MORNING this is what it looked like! Very disappointed. I went to get it fixed and was told I’d have to wait over an hour to get 1-2 toes repainted, unacceptable. Not to mention the shape of the filing is terrible I wasn’t happy with this set at all.
