The best barber shop in New York. Any other place could give you a cut, but at Tommy’s you can’t help but stare in the mirror in awe of how good he he cut your hair. It is also the only true barber shop experience out there, you enter get a nice warm greeting and offered a donut. The shop is such a warm environment it’s a great place to go and relax after a long day. After going there once and coming back months later he remembered me completely and what haircut I want. $17 for a cut is a great price compared to some of these other places. I highly recommend going here, after Tommy you won’t want to go back anywhere else. 10/10

Love Tommy’s Barber Shop! Tommy and Arlene are very skilled, first of all. Never a bad cut, and very reasonably priced. Each customer gets special attnetion. Atmosphere is great, helped by good tunes playing on TV. On Saturdays when I go there are always doughnuts, which is a bonus.

My two year old son pace, went yesterday. They are fantastic. As soon as we walked in they offered my kids toys to play with. They were both so kind, and the lady was amazing with my son. He hates haircuts, she was so amazing with a screaming two year old. She even was doing his hair while he was playing on the ground at one point.

Staff is inconsistent. Rarely see the owner and when I do he’s conversing about inappropriate things (drugs, profanity, etc) . The only 2 barbers there are so backed up with customers that the wait is unbearable. As of late, I will no longer go to Tommy’s since I learned the barber I’ve been going to for years is no longer there.
