Absolutely love, love, love, this salon! Not only do they do amazing work, they are also respectful of your time! They book actual appointments, keeping in mind that they cannot take in every last call or walk in according to staffing that day. I’ve never had to wait more than a few mins for my appointment, but they alao accommodate me regularly with only a day, or even same day notice. (I’m working on this lol) Jenny and Vee are not only very pleasant to talk with but also amazingly talented at their gift!

It was ok… my first time going to this location for a mani pedi. An adorable young girl did my mani pedi (saturday). It was little off putting though because one of the older ladies was openly telling the young girl she doesn’t know anything about work just because shes young (even though she was clearly working hard and asking clarifying questions to do her job to satisfy the customer which was me). I thought that was so unprofessional of that older lady and demeaning to say in front of customers or even in private. Very toxic and mean. Anyway, the next day one of my nails broke while i was moving boxes around (sunday). So Monday I went back to get it fixed after I got off work. The original tech i had wasnt there. Someone else was technically willing to fix it but he was kinda snippy, a little rude. I think they were all feeling stressed because they had many customers at once. Understandable. But regardless, I didn’t like that kind of attitude. The nail techs at TK nails 75th street are much nicer even when they are feeling tired. So I don’t know if I’ll go back to this one on Book Road. I spent $125 with them. My first experience here…..Ehh……

It took me a long time to find a nail place in the area that I really liked, and TK on Book Rd will definitely stay my regular nail salon!
